This is a nicely proportioned, early pine storage shelf in original redish-brown finish. Most likely original use would be for small storage jars in a kitchen. Niagara peninsula, circa 1860. Square nailed. Untouched, as found. Evidence that the top has been broken off and mended at some point. Not distracting. 28”w, 11”d, 43 1/2”t.
