Very early chest of drawers from Quebec. Circa 1800. Rose head nails. hand cut dovetail joints. in as found condition. Appears to be original red stain. Feet have been added at some point and there is restoration to the bottom drawer runners. Rough edge shows in attached photo #4. Bottom 2 drawers sit out a bit due to age swelling but top drawers go in all the way. The photo shows them a bit out but that was carelessness on my part. Too lazy to drag it outside again. 35" wide. 20" deep, 33 1/2" tall.
